The Acadia Plan

The 'Bryson' features a great-room design with an open kitchen, nook, and living room. In addition to the great room: it boasts a formal dining room, vaulted ceilings, covered porches front and rear and a generous master suite. The Danielle Plan

The Antone Plan

The With an open great room, kitchen, and nook this home plan creates a light, open feeling through the center of the home. The Coventry Plan

This client had a group of narrow lots on which the city required the garages to be in the back of the house instead of the front. He wanted a front porch, vaulted living room, three bedrooms and a master suite that had to be on the first floor. He also wanted to keep the total square footage to a minimum, so it would be affordable for first-time home buyers. This is one of several plans created for that development. The Elizabeth Plan

This floor plan boasts an open kitchen, dining room, living room and entry with a bridge overhead. High ceilings, covered porches and a large master suite round out the downstairs. The Hunter Plan

This plan is based on an old farmhouse design, with updates for modern living. It features a galley-style kitchen with built-in dinette, gas fireplace, architectural pillars, front and rear porches, laundry room and three bathrooms! We even designed a separate garage to match the house!

The Karen Plan

The first floor offers large, over-sized rooms; from the great room and kitchen to the pantry and laundry room.

The Kaylee Plan

The Kaylee plan was designed for a small city lot. With a footprint measuring just 37’ wide by 43’ deep, this home plan packs a lot of features into a small space. The Mallory-2 Plan

The Mallory-2 has many great features, including vaulted cielings in the great-room, peninsula-style kitchen, large covered back porch and a generous master-suite. 1,667 square feet.
