We design homes for the Pacific Northwest. We specify correct wall thickness, insulation, materials, snow-load, and building practices that are standard in this region of the United States. Many “canned” house plan companies sell plans which do not meet the requirements of the Pacific Northwest, forcing buyers to have the plans “re-designed” for your region at additional cost. When you purchase a Kace Allen Designs custom home plan, you will not have that problem. Our experience means that the plans you get from us will be ready for permit submission and approval.

Prices
For just $1.25 per square foot, (not including garage space), you get a full set of construction drawings, which can be reproduced as many times as you like. No copyright limits on your use.

We require a $250 retainer to start your project. When we agree on a basic floor plan, you pay one half of the $1.25 x sq. footage with the balance due upon completion of plans.
