Plan of the Month - Adriance
The “Adriance” Plan was designed for a young family, with plenty of room for the family to grow.
The first floor was designed around the open great room and kitchen. The great room, dining room, and kitchen all feature vaulted ceilings, and lots of windows to take in the view of the surrounding landscape.
The first floor also offers a separate office space off of the entry, a large master suite, 2 kids’ bedrooms, and a spacious laundry room. Note that they don’t have to walk through the laundry room to enter the home from the garage.
The second floor boasts two bonus rooms, one of which will easily become a future bedroom, or craft room. The larger bonus room serves as a kids’ play room or media room.
