The Kaylee Plan
Designed for a small city lot, the Kaylee plan packs a lot of features into a small space. With a footprint measuring just 37’ wide by 43’ deep there is still room for plenty of features of larger homes. The first floor has an open kitchen, living and dining rooms, in addition to the large covered porch and garage.
The upstairs has all of the amenities you would expect in a larger home, three bedrooms (one of which is a beautiful master suite), laundry room, and a bonus room over the garage. Total living space for the home is 1,985 square feet.
