There are always lots of questions when you start to build a new home - begining with the plans. Here are some of the more common questions we have been asked in the past. Q: Will you meet me at my home or building site?
A: Yes, within the State of Oregon, we will meet with you at the location of your choice. For some locations, there may be an additional travel charge.

Q: What are home plans?
A: Home plans easily defined are the blueprints for a home that hasn't been built yet.

Q: How many sets of plans do I get?
A: You get one full set of plans, from which to make as many copies as you need.

Q: Can I make copies of my plans?
A: Yes. They are your plans, designed custom to your specifications, and you may make as many copies as you like.

Q: Can I buy extra sets of plans?
A: Yes, for an additional charge.

Q: What do the plans include?
A: Drawings will include: Floor plans, Elevations, Foundation plan, Cross-Section, Roof plan, Floor framing plans, Site plan. (They will not include a Heating plan, Electrical plan, or Plumbing plan. Your HVAC contractor, Electrician, and Plumber will determine the best layout for your home.)
